In recent years, Namibia’s position as a growing consumer of innovation is reflected most clearly in its importation of talent and “innovation capital” as it tries to catch the current boat of radical change. In this respect, Namibia does differ significantly from the experience of other countries that have succeeded in integrating into global growth waves.
