A FEMALE Angolan national has been arrested in the Omusati Region after she allegedly gave birth to a baby boy, concealed the birth and dumped the baby in a pit latrine in Iihanguti village, Elim Constituency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The crime was discovered Tuesday morning by the suspect’s alert housemates, who became suspicious about the mysterious disappearance of her pregnancy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is alleged that the 26-year-old suspect gave birth to a baby boy, wrapped the body in a blanket and threw it into an old pit latrine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the police, a thorough investigation and interrogation of the suspect culminated in the suspect pinpointing the site where she dumped her baby.
