Kavari, collapsed while training and was later declared dead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the weekend crime bulletin, the incident happened on Friday, 14 August 2026, at 12:30 at Farm Berquell in the Okahandja area, next to Osona Military Base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is alleged that Officer Cadet M.P. Kavari, 19, collapsed while training. He was transported to Okahandja State Hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival.
