According to Namibia Meteorological Services, sub-zero temperatures and frost are expected across the southern regions on Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cold conditions are also expected to extend beyond the south. Namibia Meteorological Services predicted that parts of central Namibia could also record temperatures below 0\u00b0C on Thursday.
