These preparations require meticulous and coordinated planning to ensure that the transition is carried out efficiently and in a manner which upholds access to justice and the effective administration of justice,\u201d Hango said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She added that the public will be notified once the Office of the Judiciary is in a position to commence hearing divorce matters in Magistrates\u2019 Courts and specifically in the Regional Courts, as provided for in terms of recent legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe Office of the Judiciary appreciates the patience and understanding of the public during this preparatory period,\u201d Hango concluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Picture for illustrative purposes only.
