Both suspects remain in police custody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the second incident, a 26-year-old Namibian man was arrested in Katutura after allegedly raping a 13-year-old Namibian girl at Wambo Location. The victim\u2019s family member became suspicious when they noticed the girl crying and asked her what was wrong. The minor then disclosed the alleged rape.
