He grabbed the victim, dragged her into his room and raped her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He has been arrested and is expected to appear in court on Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reports of young Angolan men arrested for alleged rape have become increasingly common.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some point to the perpetrators\u2019 cultural background as a possible explanation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The concept of rape as defined by Namibian law does not exist in some cultures.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Staff Reporter THE number of male Angolan nationals arrested for rape in Namibia is increasing at an alarming rate.
