TOIVO Hamutenya Shinana, a 61-year-old resident of Engela village in the Ohangwena Region, took his own life during the early morning hours of Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the police crime report, Shinana shot himself in the head with a shotgun and died on the spot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
