This comes after the State prosecutor requested a further postponement, citing that the PGD is not yet ready. Hengari\u2019s case was subsequently postponed to 10 March 2026 for a final remand. Hengari and his 30-year-old co-accused were arrested on 26 April 2025 after allegedly attempting to offer a bribe of N$220,000 to a 21-year-old woman who had accused Hengari of raping her in 2019, when she was still a minor.
