{"id":389852,"date":"2026-02-17T01:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-02-16T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.web.na\/?p=389852"},"modified":"2026-02-16T20:46:36","modified_gmt":"2026-02-16T18:46:36","slug":"police-seek-public-assistance-to-trace-wanted-suspect","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.web.na\/?p=389852","title":{"rendered":"Police seek public assistance to trace wanted suspect"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Staff Reporter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">THE Namibian Police Force (NamPol)\u2019s Criminal Investigation Unit in Katutura is requesting the public\u2019s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Josef Haggai Nangolo, a suspect wanted in connection with theft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NamPol\u2019s Head of Public Relations, Kauna Shikwambi, revealed that the suspect is 25 years old and is believed to be in the Windhoek area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cHe is wanted in connection with theft under false pretences as per Katutura CR 340\/06\/2025. A warrant for his arrest has been issued,\u201d Shikwambi added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She further revealed that efforts by the police to locate him have so far proven futile.
