The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) says the case stems from claims for services allegedly not rendered to beneficiaries over several years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ACC identified the suspect as Sydney Mulenga Munkonge, owner of Sydney Dental Therapists CC. Investigators allege that between 2013 and 2017, false claims totalling N$405,675 were submitted to PSEMAS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following the investigation, the case docket was referred to the Office of the Prosecutor-General, which authorised prosecution on multiple counts of fraud and contraventions of the Anti-Corruption Act.
