Nehova, Amanda Titus, Ismael Frans, John Shiwa Nghishekwa, and Asser Sheuyange, took the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN), the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission of Namibia, Mike Ratoveni Kavekotora, Kennedy Shekupakela, Nicanor Njdose, and Cecil J.
