This marked a pivotal step in advancing their individual information and communication technology (ICT) capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The delegation, led by four Members of Parliament from Botswana, was accompanied by their counterparts from Namibia, marking an essential cross-border exchange of knowledge and expertise. The primary objective of this visit is to conduct a benchmarking exercise focusing on Namibia&#8217;s best practices in ICT policies, cybersecurity, and strategies aimed at transitioning their nations comprehensive overview of the ICT landscape in the country. This in-depth presentation allowed the visiting delegation to gain valuable insights into the development, regulation, and the current state of ICT in Namibia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elizabeth Kamutuezu, the Acting Executive Director of the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology in Namibia, warmly welcomed the delegation.
