A SECURITY officer shot and killed himself with a service pistol on Wednesday afternoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deceased was identified as Josef Erastus, 46, employed by Falcon Security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oshana Community Affairs Officer Warrant Frieda Shikole said the deceased shot two times in the air and the third time he shot himself in the head and died.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Two spent cartridges were found next to his body and the other cartridge was still in the chamber of a revolver pistol S\/No LF77057,” she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
