{"id":330468,"date":"2022-11-24T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-11-24T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informante.web.na\/?p=330468"},"modified":"2022-11-23T17:21:53","modified_gmt":"2022-11-23T15:21:53","slug":"ndf-member-killed-in-a-freak-accident","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informante.web.na\/?p=330468","title":{"rendered":"NDF member killed in a freak accident"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Placido Hilukilwa<\/p>\n<p>A FREAK accident that claimed the life of a member of the Namibian Defense Force was reported to the Namibian police in the Omusati Region Tuesday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>Aiyambo Natangwe Johannes (57) was allegedly working on his vehicle at home when it moved forward unexpectedly, pushing him against the wall of a traditional hut.<\/p>\n<p>He was pronounced dead at the scene.<br \/>\nThe accident occurred in the Onaeluka village in the Outapi constituency.<br \/>\nAccording to the police, Johannes&#8217;s lifeless body was found stuck between the vehicle and the traditional hut.<\/p>\n<p>The police said: &#8220;Preliminary investigations revealed that the deceased had just replaced his car tyres and started the car while standing outside.
