AN inquest was opened by the police in Oshikoto after a mentally challenged man reportedly drowned at Omadhiya village in the Omulonga area.<\/p>\n

According to regional commander Armas Shivute, the deceased, identified as Efraim Elifas, was reported missing on Saturday.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe family came across the deceased’s clothes near an earth dam and they became suspicious. They informed the police,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
