No.2 of 2021 (FIMA).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"460\" src=\"https:\/\/informante.web.na\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Banning-of-pension-fund-early-withdrawal-not-a-law-yet-\u2013-GIPF.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-317485\" srcset=\"https:\/\/informante.web.na\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Banning-of-pension-fund-early-withdrawal-not-a-law-yet-\u2013-GIPF.jpeg 640w, https:\/\/informante.web.na\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Banning-of-pension-fund-early-withdrawal-not-a-law-yet-\u2013-GIPF-300x216.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/informante.web.na\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Banning-of-pension-fund-early-withdrawal-not-a-law-yet-\u2013-GIPF-417x300.jpeg 417w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption>File photo for illustrative purposes.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This draft regulation is one of many critical regulations and standards that are being proposed to operationalize FIMA.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe GIPF is aware that NAMFISA as the institution that will be responsible for administering the FIMA, as well as the regulations and standards, has commenced consultations with various stakeholders on the critical standards.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe GIPF awaits feedback from NAMFISA in this regard. In the interim, the GIPF cautions all its members to refrain from panic as the FIMA is not yet in force, and the proposed regulations and standards are not yet approved.
