We received exceptional rains this year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Many areas in the Otjozondjupa region also received considerable rainfall.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>According to Namibia Meteorological Service, Otjikururume, Waterberg, Otjiwarongo, Okahandja and Otavi received 41 mm, 33,6 mm, 28 mm, 22 mm and 12,3 mm of rain respectively.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Namibia Meteorological Services also reported that widespread thundershowers are expected in the Central-North, Kunene, Erongo and Hardap regions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"alignnormal\"><!-- MetaSlider 271797 not found --><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Staff Reporter HEAVY rains are still being reported in Namibia\u2019s northern areas, with the Kunene and Ohangwena regions recording the highest rainfall levels on Friday, according to Namibia Meteorological Service.
