Photo: Contributed<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The prosecutor further explained that the matter has been returned with further instructions and that the only thing outstanding is the forensic lab results.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The State therefore seeks a further remand for these instructions to be complied with and requested that the matter be remanded to 25 April 2022 for the PG\u2019s instructions.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Boulter appeared before magistrate Immanuel Udjombala and was represented by Khadila Amoomo.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Amoomo during the proceedings requested for the relaxing of some bail conditions.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe also have an application to make regarding the reporting condition as the court knows that my client must report to Windhoek Police Station. We want the court to add the following locations, Kamanjab and Henties Bay, as he has a farm in Kamanjab and property development in Henties Bay.
