A sense of pride, joy and excitement sparkles in their minds and hearts. Studies tells us that home ownership contributes to improved educational outcomes and reduce household poverty. Families are more secure, and communities are more stable,\u201d said Shivute.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>As such, NHE recognises and is committed to creating healthy communities with the provision of affordable, well-designed houses for the growth and development of low to middle-income families that find it difficult and sometimes impossible to acquire houses constructed strictly by private developers.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI therefore encourage public and private sector players in housing matters to work with NHE in transforming our society through these kind of symbiotic and synergistic partnerships.
