THE Namibian police is on the hunt for a suspect who left a knife lodged in his girlfriend\u2019s head after inflicting multiple stab wounds to her face and body.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
The attempted murder incident, which is read with the Domestic violence Act, happened on Friday, 8 October, at around 03:00 at Omatunda village, Ohangwena Region.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
It is alleged that the suspect, a Namibian male adult, stabbed the victim with a knife multiple times on both arms, the right eye, breast, abdomen and broke her right arm.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
The assault weapon was left stuck on the victim\u2019s head before the suspect fled the scene.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
The woman was admitted at the Engela state hospital in a critical condition.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
In another murder-suicide case in Onayena, the 35-year-old Hilma Mukulu Ndeyapo Albin was fatally shot by her husband, 39-year-old Sakeus Shikongo Hango, on Friday at around 11h45 at Onakathila village, Oshigambo area.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
After killing her with a Makarov pistol by shooting her in the neck, Hango turned the gun on himself.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
He also died on the spot.<\/p>\n
