They will finish off group action against rivals Zambia on 27 January.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>According to the Brave Warriors interim coach Bobby Samaria, the team is well prepared and motivated for the challenge ahead when they face their first adversaries in the CHAN championship on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"545\" src=\"https:\/\/informante.web.na\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Brave-Warriors-gearing-up-for-CHAN-finals.jpg\" alt=\"Brave Warriors CHAN finals national football team Namibia Zambia Guinea Tanzania\" class=\"wp-image-300160\" srcset=\"https:\/\/informante.web.na\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Brave-Warriors-gearing-up-for-CHAN-finals.jpg 300w, https:\/\/informante.web.na\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Brave-Warriors-gearing-up-for-CHAN-finals.jpg 396w, https:\/\/informante.web.na\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Brave-Warriors-gearing-up-for-CHAN-finals.jpg 720w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Samaria noted that the team has been hard at work to ensure that the players\u2019 fitness is brought to the best possible level and have them in great shape within a reasonable time.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He said that Edward Maova, Ratanda Mbazuvara, Kamaijanda Ndisiro, Charles Hambira, Jonas Mateus, Emilio Martin, Vitapi Ngaruka, Ivan Kamberipa, Pat-Nevin Uanivi, Aprocious Petrus, Gregory Aukumeb, Johannes Mutanga, Erasmus Ikeinge, Alfeus Handura, Dynamo Fredericks, Absalom Iimbondi, Immanuel Heita, Ambrocius Amseb, Wendell Rudath, Gustav Isaak, Llewelyn Stanley, Wesley Katjiteo, Brandon Neibeb, Marcell Papama, Panduleni Nekundi, Isaskar Gurirab, Deryl Goagoseb, and Elmo Kambindu will represent Namibia in the much-anticipated tournament.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The team departed for the tournament venue on Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"alignnormal\"><!-- MetaSlider 271797 not found --><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":10,"featured_media":300165,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[24,28],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-300157","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-news","category-sports"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 -
