So, with due care to Windhoek residents\u2019 safety, it is my aim to keep this message brief yet meaningful, as we prepare for a time of rest, reflection and goodwill,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Hanases urged the residents of Windhoek to join hands once again as human beings and, show gratitude for surviving this tough year.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Some of us have lost loved ones or have loved ones, who are going through tribulations this very moment; let us keep them in our memories and prayers,&#8221; she asked.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Hanases noted that they have come this far and the opportunity for new beginnings is upon them, adding that it is up to them, to pave the way into the new year and to do so with kindness, care, and a collective purpose, of serving one another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"alignnormal\"><!-- MetaSlider 271797 not found --><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":10,"featured_media":299288,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[33,24],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-299285","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-breaking-news","category-news"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 -
