\nA CASE of murder was reported to the Namibian police in the Ohangwena Region after the two-year-old Daniel Shilongo was found dead at the traditional homestead of Frans Haiyanga in the Okatope village Monday evening.
\nThe suspects in the case are minor children aged 2, 3 and 6 years respectively.

\nWhen they returned at around 19:00 they found Daniel\u2019s lifeless body at the entrance of the homestead. The little boy’s nose and mouth were filled with sand and he had some deep scratch marks on his chest chest area.
\nWhen asked what transpired by the police, the three small children pointed fingers at one another, each accusing the others of having hit the deceased with the stalks of dry mahangu plants and of stuffing sand in his his mouth and nose.
