ELISENHEIM OWNERS ASSOCIATION AND TRUSTCO PROPERTIES, INAUGURATE NEW ENTRANCE ROAD AT ELISENHEIM

WINDHOEK – The Elisenheim Owners Association (EOA) finalised the paving of the Elisenheim Lifestyle Estate access road. The process to have the gravel section of the entry road paved was successfully completed and opened on the 13th of December 2019.

This section of road falls within the expansion of the Brakwater bridge extending over the railway line, connecting future arterial roads from the Elisenheim Lifestyle Estate and other developments in the vicinity. The EOA undertook this initiative on behalf of the residents of Elisenheim in order to improve the road surface, until construction of the new bridge over the railway line commences. The Elisenheim Property Development Company (EPDC) agreed to the proposal and construction commenced by Trustco Construction Services in early November 2019.

The Chairperson of the Elisenheim Road Committee, Mr. Peter Senekal, stated at the official inauguration of the entrance road: “I would like to thank the EPDC and all involved for the successful completion of this section of the road leading to Elisenheim. This will most definitely be beneficial to all inhabitants of Elisenheim and it will increase our sales and value of our properties on the Estate. It was a pleasure working with Edwin, Willem and all involved on this great project”.

Head of Property Development for Trustco Properties, Mr. Edwin Thornley indicated that the Elisenheim Property Development Company is currently undertaking similar projects such as the construction of the new access road alongside the new mall, the Urban Village at Elisenheim, and now the completion of the entrance way. “This was a great initiative from both sides and will create a safer entry way into the estate. We’re very proud to have been a part of this project and look forward to the future of Elisenheim.”

Mr Thornley thanked the construction companies involved on the projects, Trustco Construction Services and especially Namibia Construction for their support and dedication to the success of these projects.
