THE Namibian Police (NamPol) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 20-year-old woman identified as Maandero Fredericks Kaura.
According to the police, Kaura left her home in Tutaleni, Walvis Bay, on Saturday, 1 August 2026, after informing her family that she was going to visit her cousin.
“However, she never arrived at her cousin’s residence and has not returned home. She later sent a text message to a friend stating that she was safe, but has since not answered any phone calls,” the police added.
NamPol is urging anyone with information regarding Kaura’s whereabouts to contact the nearest police station or Detective Inspector Amunyela on 085 762 1696.
