Police seek public assistance to trace two wanted suspects

THE Namibian Police Force (NAMPOL) is seeking public assistance in tracing the whereabouts of two suspects wanted in connection with separate criminal cases in Windhoek, including alleged theft under false pretence involving N$180 000 and theft of a motor vehicle.

The Crime Investigation Division in Windhoek, Khomas Region, said arrest warrants have been issued for Aubrey !Nobangu Geiseb and Martina Astopher after efforts to locate them proved unsuccessful.

Geiseb, a Khoekhoegowab-speaking person, is wanted in connection with a theft under false pretence case registered under Windhoek CR 228/04/2026, involving N$180 000.

Astopher, an Oshiwambo-speaking person, is wanted in connection with a theft of motor vehicle case registered under Windhoek CR 310/02/2026.

The police are appealing to anyone with information regarding the suspects’ whereabouts to contact Detective Senior Inspector Iilonga on 081 669 8281, Detective Sergeant Uarije on 081 311 1580, or the nearest police station.
