THE Lady Pohamba Private Hospital (LPPH) has announced the appointment of Baronice Hans as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 September 2026.
The leadership change also includes the simultaneous elevation of Dr Marsha Koekemoer to the role of Acting Clinical Oversight Specialist.
LPPH described the move as “the next chapter of leadership” at the facility, framing the two appointments as part of a unified strategy rather than separate decisions.
The ten-year-old health facility is located in Windhoek and is named after former First Lady Penehupifo Pohamba.
The new CEO is a Chartered Accountant and joins LPPH following a nine-year tenure as Managing Director of Bank Windhoek.
She is a graduate of the Harvard Advanced Management Programme and has been named among Africa’s 50 Most Reputable CEOs.
