AN 18-year-old man is in custody of the Omusati police after he allegedly raped a five-year-old boy from the Omaambo village in the Tsandi constituency.
According to an initial investigation, the five-year-old boy was watching birds at a waterpan on Sunday afternoon when the 18-year old suspect him and, after luring him to his room, the small boy was sexually assaulted.
Investigations is still ongoing, and more charges van be added.
