THE Namibian police in the Omusati Region have not yet arrested an 18-year-old male suspect who allegedly raped his 10-year-old biological sister last week.
The incident occurred in the Tobias Hainyeko informal settlement of Outapi on Wednesday afternoon and was reported to the police by a 47-year-old female relative of both the victim and the suspect.
