AN EIGHT-YEAR-OLD girl was allegedly raped late Tuesday afternoon by a 51-year-old male neighbour in Olwani village, Elim Constituency, Omusati Region.
According to the police, the minor was sent to open a water meter located some distance from her parents’ home when the suspect approached her, dragged her into the bushes and raped her. The suspect was arrested on Wednesday.
