THE late Founding President Sam Nujoma and other revolutionaries of his generation did not only wage war for the liberation of Namibia, but also laid a strong foundation for a peaceful, united and prosperous nation.
This was said by Ongenga constituency councillor Josef Stalin Nenghwanya recently.
He said that Nujoma’s legacy continues with his successors — Presidents Hifikepunye Pohamba, Hage Geingob, Nangolo Mbumba and Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah.
Nenghwanya thanked his own predecessors, especially the founding councillor of Ongenga, Leonard Shimutwikeni, for laying the foundation upon which Nenghwanya is now building, to the best of his ability.
