TOIVO Hamutenya Shinana, a 61-year-old resident of Engela village in the Ohangwena Region, took his own life during the early morning hours of Thursday.
According to the police crime report, Shinana shot himself in the head with a shotgun and died on the spot.
No foul play is suspected, and no suicide note was found.
