ARRESTED: A 57-year-old suspect has been arrested in the Omusati Region in connection with the alleged rape of a 24-year-old woman who is mentally challenged. According to the police, the alleged rape occurred on various occasions at the suspect’s house in the Otamanzi constituency between November last year and this month.
