THE Namibian Police in the Erongo Region have announced the arrest of a 15-year-old boy for selling cannabis in Narraville, Walvis Bay.
According to Senior Inspector Judith Shomongula, the incident happened on Sunday, 1 February 2026, at around 19:10 at Cape Flats, Narraville.
“Police officers were on patrol when they came across a boy who was busy selling drugs. He was apprehended and upon searching him, he was found in possession of cannabis,” Shomongula said.
She added that the suspect was found with 30 ballies of cannabis weighing 31 grams, with a total value of N$1 550.00.
The 15-year-old Namibian male was charged and released into the care of his parents, and he will appear before the Magistrate’s Court in Walvis Bay.
