A 32-YEAR-OLD male resident of Ondangwa Town, Oshana Region, has been arrested after he was allegedly found in possession of drugs valued at N$68,500 and a cash amount of N$7,790, believed to be proceeds of crime.
The arrest followed after the suspect allegedly delivered drugs to an undercover police officer.
According to the police, the undercover officer successfully negotiated a transaction and, upon delivery, the investigators seized cannabis valued at N$66,000, which was found inside the suspect’s car.
A subsequent body search led to the recovery of doses of cocaine powder valued at N$2,500 and cash of N$7,790.
