A 12-YEAR-OLD boy from a village near Ongwediva was playing with friends at a neighbouring house last week when an apparently mentally challenged woman arrived and began touching his back.
Irritated, the boy left and returned home, but the woman followed him and, after finding him inside the house, raped him.
A relative of the victim reported the matter to the police, and the 41-year-old woman has been arrested.
