A MALE suspect who allegedly impregnated his own daughter in the Omusati Region and then took her to a village in Angola, has not yet been arrested pending the DNA test results.
It is alleged that a male resident of the Onandjandja village in the Onesi Constituency of Omusati, raped his daughter on several occasions during 2023 and 2024, and when the victim fell pregnant, he whisked her away to a village in Angola where she stayed until she gave birth to a baby girl.
The victim is currently aged 15.
The matter was only reported to the police by the victim’s mother recently.
