ARRESTED: Florian Donatus Tegako, the Independent Patriots for Change’s councillor for the Walvis Bay Rural constituency, has been arrested following the alleged fraudulent use of the Regional Council’s credit card. Tegako, who was controversially retained as Chairperson of the Erongo Regional Council despite a High Court ruling that removed him and reinstated SWAPO’s Benitha Imbamba, was also suspended by his own party recently.
