THE Presidency’s Upstream Petroleum Unit will hold the next public consultations on the draft National Upstream Local Content Policy in Keetmanshoop on Wednesday, 3 September, and in Mariental on Friday, 5 September 2025.
Stakeholders, including the business community, youth, and local authorities, are invited to participate and provide input before the policy is finalised.
