UPDATE: State Prosecutor, Advocate Basson Lilungwe, has indicated to the court that the State wishes to bring a recusal application to remove Magistrate Jurina Hochobes from presiding over the bail matter of Cornelius Cedric Willemse (52), the former logistics manager of Namcor who is accused of fraud and corruption. The case was subsequently postponed to 29 August for the filing of documents with regard to the recusal application.
