UPDATE: The Anti-Corruption Commission of Namibia has confirmed the arrest of three more people this afternoon in relation to corruption and fraud committed at the National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (NAMCOR), bringing the total number of those arrested to eight. It is reported that among the three arrested are brothers Peter (pictured) and Malakia Elindi, the owners of the military fuel supply company Enercon.
