FOLLOWING their last public update on 27 June 2025, Telecom Namibia has announced that all its services have been fully restored.
“The recent service instability experienced on both our fixed network and TN Mobile services has now been resolved, ensuring restored connectivity for all affected customers. Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) continues to rigorously monitor the network to ensure stability and optimal performance,” Ndapewa Neshila, Acting Head of Corporate Communication & Public Relations, said.
Customers still experiencing quality issues are urged to contact Telecom’s Customer Contact Centre (CCC) immediately for assistance at 11000 or via WhatsApp on 0852111111.
“Telecom Namibia deeply regrets any inconvenience, disruption, or frustration caused by these recent service interruptions. We sincerely apologize for the impact this may have had on your daily communications and operations. We remain committed to providing reliable and high-quality telecommunications services across Namibia,” Neshila concluded.
