PREPARE FOR THE COLD: Namibia Meteorological Services has maintained its warning for the southern parts of the country, as the //Kharas Region is expected to become increasingly cold as the week progresses. These low temperatures may be accompanied by rainfall in some southern areas, including parts of the southern coast. The public is advised to take the necessary precautions against the cold and wet weather. While the rest of the interior is not expected to experience extremely low temperatures at this time, some areas, such as Windhoek, are currently experiencing particularly windy conditions. Meanwhile, some coastal areas such as Walvis Bay can expect foggy conditions over the coming days.
