RAINY WEEK EXPECTED: While this week began with cool to mild conditions in most parts of the country, more intense weather is expected in some areas as the week progresses. According to Namibia Meteorological Services, the southern regions are likely to experience rain showers and thunderstorms this week. These conditions are expected to begin on Wednesday and are likely to persist until Friday. Travellers and residents of southern Namibia are therefore advised to plan accordingly. Tomorrow, however, is expected to bring mild conditions to most interior parts of the country, with temperatures generally remaining above 5°C and little to no rainfall anticipated.
