RAIN IN THE NORTH, WINDY AT THE COAST: While coastal areas have been battling sandstorms, parts of northern Namibia have recently experienced light rain showers. The recent rainfall primarily affected the north-eastern regions, including Divundu in the Kavango East Region and Katima Mulilo in the Zambezi Region. According to the Namibia Meteorological Services, more rain is expected in the north this weekend, particularly in the north-eastern parts of the country. Meanwhile, east weather conditions are expected to persist along the coast, with ongoing sandstorms.
