NCS GRADUATES: A total of 278 Correctional Officer recruits will graduate today following their successful completion of the nine-month entrance-level training course of the Namibia Correctional Service (NCS). The NCS’s 31st graduation ceremony will take place at the Lucius Sumbwanyambe Mahoto Correctional Service Training College in Omaruru, Erongo Region, where Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare will be the keynote speaker. According to Salmi Hangula, the NCS’s Head of Public and Media Relations, today’s event will include a colourful parade by the graduating recruits, demonstrations of skills acquired during training, and performances by the NCS brass band.
