MOBILE Telecommunications Limited (MTC) has trained 47 Spectra Services installers to improve how they connect customers, serve them, and work efficiently.
The week-long training covered installations, customer service, and professional skills.
MTC’s Tim Ekandjo said the training aims to give customers excellent service by improving installation quality and ensuring installers are professional and helpful.

He indicated that more training will be offered to installers in other parts of Namibia—north, south, and coast.
“MTC believes better-trained installers will be faster, fix issues quicker, and make customers happier. The company plans more training to keep improving its service,” he said.
He emphasized that this recent training was for installers in central Namibia, with future training planned for the south, northwest, and northeast.
“By investing in our installers, we’re not only improving the quality of our installations but also ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our values of professionalism, reliability, and care,” he added.
He stressed that the newly trained installers are now better prepared to handle a wide range of connectivity solutions, troubleshoot issues efficiently, and provide a customer-first approach in every service call.
