A 44-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested for allegedly raping his biological daughter, a 14-year-old girl at Iino village in the Onyaanya constituency.
Oshikoto Community Policing Sub-division Chief Inspector Ellen Nehale-Kangulu said the incident occurred around 20:00 on Tuesday.
“It is alleged that the suspect called the victim into his sleeping room and had sexual intercourse with her under coercive circumstances,” she said.
She added that the suspect was then caught in action, and the family promptly notified the police.
Nehale-Kangulu stressed that the suspect is a biological father to the victim, staying in the same house with the victim.
