A FEMALE resident of the Own Risk Block in Mariental, Hardap Region, committed suicide by hanging herself with a rope inside her sleeping room over the weekend.
According to the police, the lifeless body of the 31-year-old victim was discovered by a curious 14-year-old girl who looked through the keyhole of the locked door of the deceased’s room.
Yet another incident of suicide was reported to the police in Wanaheda after a female Angolan national took her own life four days after she allegedly alerted her relatives through text messages that she was going to kill herself.
